“As church leaders we are rallying all our faithful into preparing to vote overwhelmingly to enable Odinga become the Fifth president of our great nation of Kenya ,”Kilach said.
He said unlike the past area residents have come to belief all church leaders have been telling them not to abandon president Kenyatta as he meant well when he engaged Odinga in a handshake .
“I must remind the entire Mt Kenya region and the country at large that were it not for Uhuru and Odinga to have had the interests of Kenyans first this country would still be charaterised with tear gas and running battles , but thank God all this is now behind us courtesy of the handshake , the Priest asserted .
Area residents are now up beat over the impending visit by the Azimio luminaries and said they expected the move to drastically reduce the UDA wave to Jubilee one .
